Valencia april 19th

We started the day off with sleeping in because we were kind of tired from our flight the night before. At around 9:30 i stood up and we decides to go to the grocery store to get some breakfest food, we bought bread and stuff to put on it. We are sleeping on the 10th level of a beautiful building very close to the centre of the city. Petra, the person were we are staying at is very kind and hopital(ity). Anne and i are sleeping in a 'kapelletje' on the roof of the building, the view from the balcony is beautiful. So after breakfest we decided to head into the city and just look around a bit. We went onto a small market were i bought a bracelet. We also found some nice graffitis for our ckv assignment ( i think mr. Sansom will like them). After phototaking and the market we bought ice creams and headed back to Petras home. There we enjoued the sun for a bit (the weather was perfect) until Petra got home from work(she's a tourist guide). Then, around 4 pm we first got lunch with Petra and after that we went to a bike renting place and rented some bikes. We cycled around the whole city for about 2/3 hours. She showed us the city and all its beauties. We mostly cycled down the 'rivierbedding' and came across the new art buildings containing a opera, fancy cinema, science museum and the largest aquarium of europe. We did not visit any of these things but the buildings are beautiful. Then we cycled to the beach but we did not get onto the beach, we walked next to the beach on a 'stijger iets dingie'. It got very windy at this point. We headed back to petras house after our bike trip, it was awesome. We chilled for a while and then we got to get dinner. We ate at a cheap spanish restaurant were i ate gamba's, delicious. In spain the people eat at around 10 pm so when we got back from dinner it was around 11 o clock and i went straight to bed.
